Glossybox - June 2016

My June Glossybox is here! I am so happy I decided to stay subscribed to Glossybox, as I've been so happy with them so far. I love trying new beauty products, and this month's box was possibly my favourite yet, although I did love last month's design! Here's what I got this month...

Konjac Sponge by Spa To You (£6.99)

Now I'd actually spotted one of these sponges in Sephora when I was in Valencia a few weeks back, and I picked it up to take a look but didn't end up getting one. I've never really used a sponge to clean my face, but I love the idea that this exfoliates gently, as I have dry but sensitive skin. I'm going to use it with my cleanser, and see how I get on.

Sun Protection Spray by Ladival (£19.99)

This was definitely a product I was happy to see (although annoyingly the week after my holiday) as you can never have enough sun cream! This full size bottle is only SPF 15, which may be a little too low for me, but says it's suitable for those who suffer from prickly heat and sun allergies. On holiday I was absolutely covered in prickly heat, and I believe it can be from the chemicals in sun cream, so I'm excited to test this and see if it helps prevent it!

After Sun Lotion by De Bruyère (£9.48)

I hadn't heard of De Bruyère prior to getting my box, but again, after just getting back from a holiday this product was very very welcome! I love the smell of this, and it's a great size for travelling, particularly if you're only taking hand luggage. It doesn't have the same traits of a typical after sun, as it's creamy and smells gorgeous, but it worked well on the last patches of burn I had from my holiday!

Eye Catcher Eye Mask by Starskin (£8.50)

I've never actually used an under-eye mask before, but I'm excited to try these! They're soaked in vitamin-rich serum, and are meant to be super hydrating to reduce puffiness and dark circles. I could probably do with using them more regularly, but I'm going to save these for when I have an occasion to give me the extra under-eye boost!

Lip & Cheek Tint by Emité Make Up (£12.50)

In all honesty, I'm not a huge fan of lip and cheek tint products I've tried previously, as I like a stronger lip usually. I understand that lip and cheek tints are a great space saver in a makeup bag, and I will be giving this a try, but I'm not too sure how convinced I'll be by it. Who knows, it may show up in a favourites post at some point, but I highly doubt it!

3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor Deep Conditioner by Aussie (£1.09)

This is one product I have used before, and was a bonus in this month's box. I love the Aussie products, and am definitely looking forward to giving my hair a deep condition with this sample!

I was definitely pretty happy with this month's box, although I'm a little sceptical on how impressed I'll be with the lip and cheek tint. Overall though, the box was yet again great value, and I'm pretty sure I'll get a good use out of most pieces. I even showed my mum this month's box, and she's ordered one for herself!

Do you get a monthly subscription box, and would you recommend any others that aren't a Glossybox or Birchbox?
