#Blogcember | My Soundtrack to 2015

I'm the type of person that loves listening to full albums when they come out. This year there have been six albums that I've been listening to pretty much non-stop. Some were released last year, but have still been a prominent part in the soundtrack of my year.

Brave - The Shires
I knew of The Shires towards the end of last year, but didn't properly start listening to them until the start of this year. I love this album. The duo are such a great country music representative here in the UK, and they're definitely going to go far. I'm definitely going to try to get to one of their shows next year!
Favourite track: Nashville Grey Skies

I Want Crazy - Hunter Hayes
I was lucky enough to see this guy three times this year, and because of that this album has been pretty prominent on my playlist. I love what Hunter does with country music. It's such a great sound, and he is honestly one of the best people I've seen live.
Favourite track: What You Gonna Do

Pageant Material - Kacey Musgraves
This album is possibly my favourite country album of the year, as much as I love the previous two. I love Kacey's first album (so much that my blog got named after one of her songs) and this album did not dissapoint. I loved seeing Kacey live at the Royal Albert Hall last month, as she put on the most amazing show as usual.
Favourite track: Late To The Party

1989 - Taylor Swift
If you know me, you'd know there's no chance this album wouldn't be on here. It came out at the most perfect time, and has been the album that has got me through the past year. Although Taylor no longer sings country, her new stuff is incredible, and I could never get bored of it. So many songs on here are probably in my top songs of the year, but there's one that stood out for me the most, and got me through and that's Clean.
Favourite track: Clean

X - Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran is always going to be a firm favourite of mine, and this album is just incredible. I was lucky to see him live at Wembley in July, and it was the best experience. People often underestimate his talent, but just listening to this album will tell all. I am so excited for the next one, which will apparently be out next autumn!
Favourite track: Even My Dad Does Sometimes

Made In The A.M - One Direction
2015 is the year I finally came out as a One Direction fan. I'd hidden it for a while, but have loved their last few albums. I was so excited about the release of this album, and I've had it playing over and over again since it came out. A few of the songs made me cry when I first heard them, I'm not gonna lie!
Favourite track: If I Could Fly
