May Favourites

We've come to a new month again, but for me this is possibly going to be the best this year. Half of June I will be away in Canada and America, and then I'll also be seeing McQueen the play, and Taylor Swift at BST Hyde Park - lots of exciting things! Before that all happens, it's only right to share some of my favourite things from May with you all - enjoy!

Owl's Hill Tearoom, Terling
Firstly, I couldn't not give this lovely little place a mention. This tearoom opened just a few weeks ago, and it's the loveliest little place. It's not too far from where I live, and I just love being able to go down and sit and have a cup of tea (and probably some cake - they do amazing cake!) by myself or with friends. It's the smallest little place but is surrounded by great walking and cycling routes so would be a lovely spot for a day out in the Essex countryside.

Live Gourmet Yoghurts by The Collective
Now this is a bit of a weird one, but I've really been loving the yoghurts that The Collective do this month. They've got live cultures in them, so they're super good for you, and they just taste amazing. I've pretty much been having them for breakfast every day at work, either one of the miniature ones or some of the big tubs they do, which are equally as yummy. My favourites so far are the passion fruit and the banoffi flavours, but I can't wait to try some more!

Dusty Girls Natural Mineral Blush in Pink Ladies*
If you read my blog regularly, you'll know I can't get enough of the MooGoo/Dusty Girls products, so here's another one for you. This month I've been really loving their Pink Ladies blush. It's such a beautiful colour, isn't too overpowering and is just seriously beautiful. I am not usually a blush person, but I really really love this one. It's also great that it's natural too, as I love using gentle products on my face.

Lumiere d'hiver Super Comb Prep & Protect
I got this leave-in condition in my Birchbox last month, and I've been using it pretty much every time I wash my hair. I have quite thick hair and although it's not too dry, I love giving it that extra boost of conditioner. It smells lovely, leaves my hair feeling nice and the tiny bottle I have has really lasted.

Glamour Magazine
Now, I couldn't leave this out because it's all I've picked up in terms of reading material this month. It's the issue that Taylor Swift guest edited, and it's just full of fab content - need I say more?
Cath Kidston Cosmetics Bag
If you saw my favourites last month, you'll know that I bought a new camera. I was on the hunt for a while for a new case, as the cases for my camera were made for the normal lense and not the flatter pancake lens that I have. I spotted one of the Cath Kidston cosmetic bags in a gift shop near where I live, and decided it'd be perfect. It's the perfect size, has an inside pocket for spare batteries and it even came with a little mirror that I now keep in my bag. Definitely one of my favourite buys this month.

Are there any things that you were really loving in May? Let me know!
